COURSE DETAILS
The BIPA programme has been carefully designed to provide students with a balanced combination of individual and group classes as well as performance opportunities throughout the week.
Individual lessons
Each student will receive at least three individual lessons with the Academy’s expert teaching staff.
Public Masterclasses
A series of Masterclasses given by our distinguished visitors Peter Donohoe, Piers Lane and John Lill and held in the Conservatoire’s Recital Hall. Students performing in the Masterclasses will be chosen by their audition recording. All other students will be expected to attend the Masterclasses and will perform either in the performance classes or student concerts.
Public Performance Classes
Performance Classes will be led by one of the Academy’s piano teaching staff and will give students an opportunity to perform and discuss their repertoire.
Student concerts
All students will perform in either an informal lunchtime concert or a public evening concert during the Academy.

Free entry to public concerts
These include the student recitals and the evening concerts given by our distinguished visitors.
